If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or encounter issues that prevent the system from working effectively, we’re happy to assist or issue a refund if the issues cannot be resolved.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email us with the following details:
- Subject: “Refund Request”
- Transaction Order ID
- Description of Issues: Explain the issues you’re experiencing and the reason for the refund request.
In some cases, we may ask for supporting evidence of the issues you’re facing. Likewise, we will provide documentation from our side to clearly explain our position and the steps we’ve taken to resolve the issue.
Conditions for Refunds
Resolution Period: Our support team is here 24/7 to assist with any technical issues. Please allow us to attempt resolving any problems first. If we cannot resolve your issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be processed after this 7-day period.
Partial Refunds: If your subscription is older than 7 days, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis, based on the subscription period already used.
Setup and Compatibility: Our support team is dedicated to helping you set up your device, apps, and system. However, we can only provide guidance on standard device configurations, as individual setup issues are beyond our direct control.
Temporary Service Interruptions
Some channels may occasionally freeze, buffer, or experience downtime. While our servers are generally stable, minor interruptions can happen for various reasons:
- Fluctuations in your internet connection
- Issues with your box, apps, or overall configuration
- Technical problems with your ISP
- Temporary server-side adjustments or maintenance
